Have you ever wondered how God can use you? Sometimes God asks us to give of our time. Sometimes He calls on us to give of our financial resources. Either way, God can use our time or money to serve Him.

One way to serve the Lord is through financial giving. Your support will help cover administrative costs and the necessary upkeep of our website. Our staff works hard at interviewing potential “Servants,” overseeing volunteers, and coordinating “Servants” with people looking for prayer or spiritual encouragement.

Keeping our website going is as vital to the ministry as supporting our Staff. Your financial gift is a very real way that God can use you!

How your monetary gifts are used

• To update and improve our website, so it’s easier to use and
can better serve the people who are touched by this ministry

• To further develop and improve our online servant training

• To fund the software that makes our ministry possible

• To cover the cost of printed materials that educate people about our ministry

• To cover administrative costs necessary for screening, overseeing, and assisting volunteers who serve throughout this ministry

• To cover the annual expenses for web site hosting, liability insurance, and fees to secure and protect the privacy of our website

1. “Be a Faithful Servant” - Matthew 25:23

Maybe you're a mom and your children are grown. Maybe you have a 9 to 5 job or you're a business traveler. Perhaps you're retired or still in college. No matter where you are in life, God can use you and your time to make a difference.

In fact, HandsForChrist.com is looking for people just like you. HandsForChrist.com is an online ministry that gives Christians a way to serve the Lord from their own computer. God can use you and your time as a “Servant” through our web site. We have three types of “Servant” ministry opportunities for you to consider.

You can touch people’s lives through online communications as an Outreach Servant, leading people to the Lord; a Prayer Servant, praying for people’s needs; an iCare Servant, offering spiritual encouragement to hurting people.

2.“Continue Steadfastly in Prayer” - Romans 12:12

Even if God is not calling you to become a “Servant” or to give financially, this ministry will never be successful without prayer. This is a powerful way you can serve the Lord and HandsForChrist.com. We need people committed to praying for this ministry and the lives affected by it. You can be used by God as you pray for the lives of our Staff, our volunteer “Servants,” our financial needs, and for the Word of God to go forth and change lives. God moves when His children pray!
